The hotel’s location is great, between the old town and the Jewish quarter a short walk to each. The staff were very helpful, the rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely. One day we had an early start, the hotel provided breakfasts to go as we were too early for the breakfast service, (arrange beforehand). Well worth the money a wonderful stay.
My only issues were that the hotel bar has no seating area. This means having your drinks in the lobby (on a different floor) or in your room. Also the wine is served by the bottle rather than by the glass, not ideal.

The breakfast was superb, nice clean room with a large bed. Shower was also nice and powerful. Staff very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t fault it at all. Good location for both Jewish quarter and main square.
We were due to leave quite early in the morning for a flight and couldn’t exit the hotel as the door was locked. Eventually located a member of staff who had been at the toilet, however, I think maybe two staff should be on to allow the reception to be manned 24/7 like it says it is!

The location was fab. 15 mins walk to the Old Town and across the road from Kazimierz. Room was comfortable and had air-conditioning. It faced the busy street but this didn't bother us but earplugs are provided if you feel you need them. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of variety and friendly and attentive staff.
I honestly can't find a fault with this hotel.

Location was excellent - walking distance to old town. Breakfast was perfect and they make a great espresso macchiato. Our room was great - very roomy. And they have a lift

Our door key continually would not work though staff were very apologetic about this.
