A great location between the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Easy walk between the two.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean with everything you need for your stay.

Superb hotel.
Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms
Excellent bathroom, large comfortable beds, mini bar, coffee machine, Netflix. Lovely views over mini orchard. We had a room at the back with a balcony and it was extremely quiet considering we were in the middle of town.
The hotel is in a perfect position and is walkable to all the main attractions such as the Jewish quarter, Wawel castle, old town square and riverside with boat trips. You couldn’t get much better

Exceptional staff. All very friendly and helpful. Amazing room on 4th floor with great view of castle. Room very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good location. Plenty to choice from the breakfast buffet, although would prefer not to have to order eggs from menu. Disliked the shower as low pressure and difficult to regulate the temperature.

Every member of staff were top class and went above and beyond our expectations
Supplied us with packed breakfasts due to our day trip being brought forward to 6am and ordered our taxis as required and also made us reservations àt lovely restaurants so it's top marks from us to all the staff at this wonderful hotel.

Very close walking distance to the old town and to the Jewish quarter. We did not need to use taxis or public transport whilst in the city centre because of the location of the hotel. It took about 15 mins each evening / night to walk to our restaurant and bar of choice.
This is a super lovely hotel that was extremely comfortable. We slept like a baby every night. Our room was absolutely huge and very modern / chic. A daily turndown service was received which kept the room fresh throughout our stay. Good choice of food / drinks in the mini bar. Big and clean bathroom with good shower / water pressure.
The breakfast was beautiful and you had such a good choice of food.
The restaurant at night is highly recommended.
Anyone staying in Krakow should stay at this hotel.
Nothing - we loved every minute of our stay and have nothing negative to say about the hotel, room, location or food.
