This was a lovely hotel that felt light and airy due to the style at reception/ bar with a very tall glass roof and palm trees. Restaurant was split level so created a spacious feel also. Have to say thank you especially to Amelia our waitress who was so friendly and helpful in what to pick from the menu and her English was very good. Amelia looked after us very well on both nights we ate in the restaurant and is an asset to the hotel in more ways than one. Bar staff were great in their advice to on the Polish wine and beer too. Overall cannot fault any of the staff and would love to go back there as still loads to see or do
having to leave :(

Breakfast was great. I liked the variety offered.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly (everyone, from the manager to the reception, staff at the restaurant or the spa). The room was nice, warm and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view over the Vistula river was spectacular. The breakfast was amazing, very varied and so was the restaurant. They even prepared a lunch box for us upon check-out, because we had a very early flight. The spa was a welcome bonus, especially after long, cold days, and it was also very clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi with a view is definitely something to treat yourself with. The hotel's location is excellent.
Thank you for everything! Keep up the good work.

Big rooms. Hotel feels premium
Parking was expensive. I booked two family rooms, when arrived i found out its not on the same floor (i have three children with me). Anyways even downgrading will not get me a refund they told me, its a shame really! How much will it cost the hotel to downgrade and refund me a small amount? I guess they prefer a bad review

Pleasant
Sauna and spa area are super small. They don’t have bath robes enough for all guests… I expect more like a spa but is really basic

The breakfast was excellent , very rich, fresh and carefully prepared, with plenty of options, including healthy choices. The room was extremely comfortable, very clean and well maintained, and felt pleasantly home-like.
The pool was clean, pleasant and well maintained, perfect both for swimming and relaxing. The sauna, the wet and the dry, were of a very high standard, spotless and well organized, and provided a truly relaxing experience after a long day. The gym was well equipped with modern, well‑maintained machines, and it was clear that the hotel really invests in the guests’ experience in this area as well.
Overall, my stay was excellent, with a very high level of service and a real sense that every detail is carefully thought of for the guests’ comfort. It was also very impressive to see how strongly the hotel is committed to ecology and sustainability: for example, each floor had innovative water machines that generate drinking water from the air, and there were clearly marked recycling bins for different types of waste, which made it easy to sort and recycle.
The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and attentive , always friendly, truly caring and responsive, and consistently went above and beyond anything I could have expected, assisting with every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would be very happy to return.
NONE!!!!

Disappointing
The view, the pool, the breakfast
Qubus used to be my go to hotel any time I'm in Krakow starting 3 years ago when the price of a room was around 60 dollars a night. I always appreciated its location, amenities such as pool and gym and amazing breakfast. But my most recent stay in July wasn't so pleasant. The rooms maintenance seem to be deteriorating over years. AC didn't work properly so we had to sleep with open windows. And in the morning we were woken up by some roof repairmen taking loudly and using tools. At breakfast the attendant gave me regular beard (I'm celiac and gluten intolerant) even tho I asked him several times if he's sure (if you guys do this with gluten allergy person you'll be in trouble). In any case, I can no longer justify 150 eur per night, and hope this hotel will make a change.

The hotel was excellent. The location was great and very close to the city center by taxi or bus. I loved the pool in the hotel and the view of the river was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel had many facilities you can use such as pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow for the first time.

I did not had the opportunity to use the pool. But my room was at the 7th floor and I had a great view of the river. Air condition was struggling to keep the room cooler though. So, the hotel staff sent a tech up and later provided a fan, which worked out just fine. The outside breeze kept all under control too. Continental breakfast was great.
To be honest, I do not have complains to share.

I stay here every time I am in Krakow. After working at the Auschwitz Museum for a day or two, this is my happy place. I love the pool and watching the sunset over Krakow. My favorite French restaurant is just down the promenade to the walkover bridge to the Kazimierz.

Very Good
Breakfast was great. Hotel was more corporate than I would ideally like, but clean with pleasant staff. We had to stay an extra night (flight cancelled) and the room we had then was less nice (twin beds rather than double, one was a bit uncomfortable and very loud neighbours - not hotels fault).
Thank you for your information!
