The hotel is amazing! From walking into reception we had great experience. The food was spectacular and the swimming pool and sauna at the top floor had amazing view of the city and we were lucky to see beautiful sunsets as we were relaxing in the jacuzzi.

Good breakfast, with a big variety of options. Restaurant good too. The gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna areas are not so big, but good enough. It is next to the river and relatively close to the city center (25 mins walking), so you can wonder around the city.
There was only one pillow per person on the bed, it would be nice to have a second one of a different size. The coffee could be better, but nothing serious. Also, there were some works in my floor, so my corridor had no carpet.

Nice, clean pool, sauna and jaccuzzi, although it is only usable when not too many people there. Some people had gowns, I didn't for some reason.
Very good breakfast selection.
Pleasant staff.
Clean bedding, smelled nice.
Secure parking.
Rooms not as pictured on Booking.com, toiletries not there apart from watered down shower gel.
Room clean but tired, with many marks and spots on carpet, makes it look dirty.
Pillows thin and shapless.
Parking too expensive at £16/day.
On occasions water runs cold only, rented 2 rooms and it happened in the other room too. Tried to phone reception to inform them but phone was not dialling. Went to shower in the pool instead.
The rooms weren't 4 stars.

We stayed here with my wife and our two children, and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. It is incredibly family-friendly while still feeling luxurious.
Why my family loved it:
Exceptional Service: The staff was extremely pleasant and patient with the kids. They made us feel right at home from the very first minute.
The Food is "Mega": Honestly, the breakfast is outstanding. Even with picky eaters (our children), there was so much variety that everyone left the table full and happy.
Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel is spotless and very well-kept. It’s "czyściutko" as they say—everything was fresh, tidy, and beautifully designed.
Pool with a View: The swimming pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of our evenings. Relaxing in the water while looking out over the Old Town is simply unforgettable.
The Highlight: The Hotel Boat!
The location is great, but having their own private boat to get to Wawel Castle is a genius touch. The kids absolutely loved the boat ride—it turned a simple commute into a fun adventure. It’s the easiest and most scenic way to get to the heart of Krakow.
Final thoughts: If you are traveling with a family, Qubus Hotel Krakow is the place to be. Great food, amazing views, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very clean, amazing staff and amazing food. The guy who checked us in was fantastic, we were travelling from the UK and didn’t have an adaptor for our phone chargers and he leant us one ( we returned it ) brilliant guy and said we will return soon.

This was my second stay, and it’s one of the best hotels in Krakow. The breakfast is amazing, the sauna, gym, and pool are excellent, and the staff is always super friendly! solid 9-9,5 out of 10
The bathroom in the room could be a bit more modern, it seems like it might need some renovation
