Great location, very clean, amazing staff and amazing food. The guy who checked us in was fantastic, we were travelling from the UK and didn’t have an adaptor for our phone chargers and he leant us one ( we returned it ) brilliant guy and said we will return soon.

This was my second stay, and it’s one of the best hotels in Krakow. The breakfast is amazing, the sauna, gym, and pool are excellent, and the staff is always super friendly! solid 9-9,5 out of 10
The bathroom in the room could be a bit more modern, it seems like it might need some renovation

The hotel has a great breakfast with lots of choice, a great hotel in a good location, lots of local bars/ restaurants nearby and close to a tram stop taking you to the old town, would highly recommend for a stay in Krakow! Spa facilities good and very clean.
Parking was spacious with an underground car park and outside one too, but could have been cheaper
Single beds could have been bigger, but only feedback and didn’t spoil our stay

Lovely location on the river, within a hop to the old Jewish Getta and 25 minute walk to old Krakow town. Nice and clean public area's, friendly staff. Nice breakfast though food shortage when busy, staff can't refill quick enough.
Not enough pillows in room, shower not hot, just luke warm.

Ideal location for exploring Krakow with Tram and Railway station close by and within walking distance of cafes, mini supermarkets and tourist sites. Comfy beds and good selection of food at breakfast.
Rooms were quite small and hot although you could open the large window. The pool and spa facilities were alot smaller than shown in pictures and could only accommodate 3 people at a time. The breakfast on the last 2 days was chaos as hotel was busy. They need to stagger breakfast times when the hotel is full. Ask people to choose a time slot.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great location - 30 min walk to old town. Also next to a train station with direct access to salt mines/airport and close to Schindler's Factory.. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.
Liked everything! Only a very minor comment that the shower could have been a little stronger.
