Great location with river views, very good breakfast, nice pool with lovely city views, lovely restaurants and cafes in the streets nearby. Good safe storage for our bikes.
I booked it because it was advertised as having high speed internet and I needed to run a number of zoom calls for work. The WiFi in my room was not consistently high speed, it was not stable enough so I had to pay to book a business meeting room behind the reception. The staff were very helpful and they sent an IT guy to check out the WiFi in my room. He said it was strong in the corridors but because of all the pipes in the bathrooms it wasn’t so strong in the bedrooms. I was very disappointed and annoyed to have to pay to book a meeting room for two days. I think it is incorrect to advertise this hotel as having high speed internet.

Disappointing
The view, the pool, the breakfast
Qubus used to be my go to hotel any time I'm in Krakow starting 3 years ago when the price of a room was around 60 dollars a night. I always appreciated its location, amenities such as pool and gym and amazing breakfast. But my most recent stay in July wasn't so pleasant. The rooms maintenance seem to be deteriorating over years. AC didn't work properly so we had to sleep with open windows. And in the morning we were woken up by some roof repairmen taking loudly and using tools. At breakfast the attendant gave me regular beard (I'm celiac and gluten intolerant) even tho I asked him several times if he's sure (if you guys do this with gluten allergy person you'll be in trouble). In any case, I can no longer justify 150 eur per night, and hope this hotel will make a change.

Although the rooms are quite basic, we were incredibly satisfied with how well everything came together. Every detail is thought through and it made all the difference:
1. Fantastic location
2. Accommodating professional staff. They fulfilled each of our requests, with ultimate respect.
3. Pet-friendly!
4. Spotlessly clean
5. Breakfast - anything you can think of. Appealing variety, high quality, and tasty food, with a local touch.
6. Eco-friendly - refillable glass bottles in every room.
7. Beautiful spa area included: 2 saunas, a jacuzzi, and a pool Everything contributed to relaxation - cleanliness, light scents, beautiful view.
8. Gym - equipment is not the newest, but well-maintained.
9. Parking although expensive, just like everywhere in Kraków, is a bit cheaper than municipal

Good location, clean and quiet place, very good breakfast.

Apart from location nothing. No safe in the room, no water glass, no bathroom essentials apart from soap, staff not carrying at all, just discussing attitude
As above. How this place got 4*??? 2+ but only for decor nothing else. It needs urgent review or new management. For the money they're asking for is a joke
