We enjoyed having the swimming pool/sauna etc. available after a long day walking. The lady on Reception in the spa was very welcoming and friendly.
It was well located with easy tram and train access.
Breakfast choice was good, but the restaurant staff were not friendly as some of the other people we met.
Bedroom was quite small and there were no drawers to put personal items etc. in. The carpet was stained in places.
Lots of building/repair work taking place which spoiled the look/feel of the hotel.
The 'Qbost' only ran on very limited days which meant we couldn't experience it.

The location.
The breakfast and dinner facilities.
Nice and clean.
Having to pay for the car park.
Children allowed in the small spa pool and jacuzzi.
Noisy cleaning trolly in the corridor because of the change of floor carpet to other flooring material.
Guests unable to close their room doors quietly.
Noisy glazing. Was positioned at the front of the hotel!
No blackout blinds either.
Only one pillow and is too small.
Mini fridge isn't.cold enough.

Staff friendly on reception and in rhe spa.
Spa facilities were shut whem we wanted to use them which only gave us an hour in there and this was the main reason I chose the hotel.
Leaking water all though recption area
Breakfast set up was very cramped (no counter space to put plate down) despite the room being huge.

The hotel was excellent. The location was great and very close to the city center by taxi or bus. I loved the pool in the hotel and the view of the river was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel had many facilities you can use such as pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow for the first time.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant meals were also very good. The rooms were in good order and clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke better English than me.
The conference that was on while we were there just consumed the the whole reception & ground floor area of the hotel, this would have been better in a conference room or even in the unused jazz room downstairs.

Breakfast was amazing! So many options :)) Absolutely loved the pool, it offers phenomenal views of the city.
The room was also ok, there was a strange smell, and I found it to be very cold at night and couldn't quite figure out the heating. The duvet was really thin.

Top grade restaurant.
Nice cozy swimming pool and gym. Bit small but not overcrowded.
Bed could be more comfortable. I had two beds connected instead of one queen bed. Some gym equipment need maintenance.

This is a gem of a hotel. Location is great , the little boat cruise is charming . The breakfast has so much choice .
