The view from the spa centre was just amazing. You can sit in the jacuzzi and enjoy the city from above. Also the breakfast was excellent, there was everything you could possibly want. And if you want to have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant i would definitely recommend it.
There is a speaker in the wall, that the staff told me was for fire alarm purposes, but it is making a static noise, like a mosquito or something. They told me that it cannot be turned off. It didn’t bother me that much, but it could be a bit annoying when trying to fall asleep.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was more corporate than I would ideally like, but clean with pleasant staff. We had to stay an extra night (flight cancelled) and the room we had then was less nice (twin beds rather than double, one was a bit uncomfortable and very loud neighbours - not hotels fault).

Good breakfasts, excellent staff. Great pool, spa, etc.
Very basic rooms. The minibar is empty, and water is located on the floor, not in the room—you have to take a bottle and go fill it up. The towel set is small. For a 4-star hotel, there should at least be a basic set including cotton swabs, etc. There’s nothing provided except soap and shower gel and shower caps.

Exactly where we wanted to stay being regular travellers to krakow
Toaster at breakfast was an absolute joke.not enough staff on breakfast.replenished items long wait even for a boiled egg.coffee machine not working.bacon like chopped bits.best thing was the homemade butter.probably better going when it opens for breakfast.had a conference on while we were there so nowhere to sit in foyer.felt Like no consideration for paying guests
Do yourself a favour and book the hilton.nowhere near as good.we only booked this hotel due to it having a swimming pool.dont bother it's not worth the extra.

Incredible breakfast buffet selection, plenty of choices to suit all (I am gluten free) Great size rooms, amazingly comfortable beds, very friendly and well spoken staff, super clean, great location, within a 30 minute walk of the castle, but a beautiful 30 minute walk along the Vistula river. Would stay again and recommend this hotel.

Staff were brilliant; really friendly. Arranged for a to-go breakfast for us whenever we had to leave at 03:00 for our visit to Auschwitz. Had a great breakfast variety including gluten-free bread, and well marked allergens. Really good location, could walk into old town in 20-30 mins and 3 mins walk from a tram stop. Room was comfortable and spacious.
Wasn't much we didn't like - there was a lamp we couldn't figure out how to turn off... not a big deal. Could have had a few more options for gluten-free breakfast
