Qubus personnel is always friendly and very helpful. One other thing that sets Qubus apart from other hotels is an outstanding breakfast - even Sheraton fades in comparison. Breakfasts at Qubus are just phenomenal, with a rich choice of delicious pastries, cold meats, cheeses, hot items, and always some homemade items. Their restaurant offers excellent quality and service as well. Additionally, they offer their own river cruise seasonally.

My stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. Kudos to the staff who were very friendly at every interaction. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the river, the city, and the train station, which has access to the airport. The free Wi-Fi service was also good. I had room service a couple of nights; my order always arrived promptly, and the food was good.
The breakfast had many options and good-quality products, but I found it too pricey. The hotel could also upgrade the mattresses, as they were not very comfortable. They are okay for a one-night stay, but if you stay a bit longer, sleep quality is affected.

The leisure facilities were grand the swimming pool was located on The sixth floor and overlooked krakow it was brilliant
Only offer 1 tiny pillow on the bed and the breakfast wasn’t that great not a lot of choice

The Hotel itself was really great, the pool was awesome to use despite being small, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room also all great. The gym was okay, small but had enough stuff for me. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and super friendly. I liked the location and proximity to Kazimierz which is an awesome part of Krakow.
The only negative points were in our actual room, there was an annoying static noise coming from somewhere maybe a speaker.. and the door was super loud/hard to close. Only minor things that did not have an impact on our stay

Quiet position just south of the river, 5 min walk to train station & 15 to the Jewish quarter.10 minutes to Schindler museum.
Lovely staff at reception who were very helpful. Great selection & quality at breakfast.
Very sensible housekeeping, completed every 3 days but staff happily change towels and restock coffee & tea.
Pool & sauna on 6th floor was an added bonus.
Nothing to dislike, would definitely choose to stay here again.

Good location, good breakfast quality and selection including nice Polish cakes, friendly and efficient staff, check in and out very quick and easy, lots of safe parking space.
Rather dated, poor corridor lighting, musty smell in the lobby area, needs some air freshener or scented candles to make it more inviting. Dining room windows need a wash. Bathroom could use a magnifying mirror. Tiny hand towels.
