Friendly reception staff, Comfy bed, lovely shower, the shampoo smelled so nice, across the road from main station, free cuppachinos and clean room.
The fridge in our room did not cool.

Great location. The hotel is just on the outside of the old town within a walking distance of everything notable and just across a very large shopping center. The hotel is either new or renovated as everything inside is in good condition. The bar is good with 24/7 coffee machine and nice cocktails.
Also, the breakfast is very nice as they offer a la carte brunch items and last until 11 am!
The rooms are somewhat small. Also, you control everything through a tablet which while fancy is not as comfortable as one might think.

We very much enjoyed the interior, the amazing selection and approach to design, convenience, and functionality. The very friendly and supportive staff at the hotel made it feel even more unique and like home.

Excellent location, the hotel has got a great vibe, the room was clean and had a lovely decor. The bed was so comfy! And I enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant. I will definitely come back.
The corridors are quite dark when you enter. Some side light that is always on would be nice

Local is upper convenient, one door next to the railway station, hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is most favorite party. Puro is my first choice to every cities of Poland! BTW, any other country with Puro hotel?

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast
1. I thought I had bought a ticket with breakfast, but it turned out to be without. I bought breakfast. But at check-in, the receptionist said the cost of breakfast was 85 zlotys, and when I paid, they gave me a check of 90 zlotys. It's like a trifle, but not very pleasant.
2. The hood in the bathroom worked all night. I couldn't find a way to turn it off.
