We had an excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel features a kitchen stocked with coffee and tea, and it offers a stunning view of the city. The staff were fantastic and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place and would love to return again.

The room and the bathroom was very clean. Internet was fast. The TV had lots of channels. Location is very good. Hot water was almost instant.
Sometimes it was too noisy, even at night. But this is not the hotel's fault, the guests and people around the building was inconsiderate. The bed was not bad, but it was not very comfortable either (I'm overweight maybe normal people would see no problem).

It was so far away from the center, the staff was rude, the room was hot, the luggage locker is atrocious and smells FOUL.

Very clean , nice shared kitchen ,too good to believe . tram station just outside of building , 2 stops to old town ( walk distance ) 4 stops to central station ( I walked about 18 minutes)

The room was very clean and was smelling very nice but rather small. Good price.
Eventually they didn't have shampoo/shower gel.There is no soundproof in the rooms - we could hear everything during the night from.corridor and the staircase, which was very disturbing. We definitely didn't have a warm welcome from the guy in the reception.

It was clean and the location was good.
No shower soap or shampoo, the receptionist looked like he didn't want to be there, the rooms are not soundproof and you could hear every little thing from the outside, especially the people coming and going. Definitely would not come back.

It seemed bigger on the pictures, there was some loud arguments on the corridors which we heard in our room

Clean linen, the room has a not so old refurbishment, clean kitchen, nice team at the reception, the bed was comfortable
The shower didn't work almost at all...
I washed my hair in a sink, because it's unreal to do it with a shower head, the water didn't flow through properly.
I wasn't ready for that and this is the only moment why I was disappointed, but too tired after the long road to discuss it at the reception...
Secondly, I would suggest to change the bath towels for new, because they have a grey colour, but they are tidy though

My go-to hotel every time I need to go out and about in Krakow (painting in my flat) Street views (in my case, an interior patio), close to transport and nice surroundings, with restaurants and shops at walking distance. The building is safe and well kept, the hotel is organized and accesible. Did not have breakfast, just dinner, but the kitchen is as cosy as ever.
Only the bathroom had some issues: the shower could not be hung to the wall (you ha d to use it by hand) and the shower floor felt inflated. Hairdryer did not work either. None hindered the good overall experience much.
