Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 984 feet away from the hotel. I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. The highlights of course were the character of the building, the great breakfast experience (quality and atmosphere), the fantastic location in the Stare Miastro, steps away from everything but also conveniently located to quickly access public transport.
If I could only recommend something, please add more PowerPoint in the rooms :)

My experience with Pollera was great! The hotel is very central, just opposite the main theatre and some 7 minutes walk from the main square. It’s a historical building dating back to the 19th century (and already then it was a hotel), with some beautiful decorations and painted glass. The room itself is more spacious than in the picture and really comfortable. It is a bit old style, but in a good way. It was exactly what I wanted :) Everything I needed was there… tea/ coffee making facilities, a small pack of candies as a gift (very nice, thank you) and the first channel displaying a fireplace!) Really such a good idea, feels very cozy in the evening and the sounds of crackling fire help to fall asleep :)

Room was spacious and clean . Well heated and had tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated in excellent location. Quiet at night so we were able to relax and have a restful sleep. Building is well maintained and has a lift. I would recommend the Pollera for your stay . I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast room was nice with good choice of food. You won’t be disappointed.
