The location was great, and I really liked the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was friendly, though we didn't interact with them much. We also chose not to include breakfast during our stay but it looked amazing!
While I knew from the terms and conditions that the apartments were outside the main building. I think, It would be less misleading if they listed them under a different name, rather than 'Hotel Pollera,' since they aren't actually part of the hotel.

Great location for wandering the city on foot. Also quite handy for the train. And very helpful staff. For example, they happily loaned us umbrellas during a thunderstorm.

Great position. Hotel with a lot of history. Very spacious and light rooms. Great breakfast
Nothing. My error in not checking to see if there was a bar but with the main square less than 300 meters away hardly a problem.

The staff was very helpful. The location was great. A very short walk from the main train station. A very short walk to the old town area. The room was very clean. The room was large, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent (as advertised) with lots of very good choices.
There was some street noise as their best room (which we booked) was facing the street.

Overall, the stay was good, but one thing was terrible at night, there was loud screaming and disturbing yelling coming from right below the hotel windows. It was genuinely frightening and very uncomfortable. There seems to be a bar or something similar nearby, attracting a lot of unruly people.

Perfect location in old town; good value; charming old fashioned feel
We were three older ladies and received a phone call saying we were loud when it was another room making the noise and noises from outside late night . White embarrassing for us to receive that call when we are all older that 55!

The halls, rooms and public areas of the Pollera are lined with photographs of the hotel from earlier ages, and one feels that the warm spirit of hospitality from the hosts extends back to those days too. The rooms are very comfortable, with good beds and exceptional pillows. The Breakfast is delicious. It made an ideal spot for a visit to Kraków, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

Very, very friendly staff, front desk, house keeping and breakfast service. Recommend very much and we, me and my wife are planning to come back for longer weekend in May as we spend only 1 night on way home from north africa., Fantastic location.
