The location is absolutely perfect. You can't find a better hotel for exploring Kracow's old town. Staff was there 24/7 and were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy with good water pressure. Least expensive option I was able to find and good value for the money. Hotel is in a charming old 19th century building.
The tv was mounted in a weird spot. There were no USB hookups in the room which would have been nice. Location was relatively noisy but manageable with ear plugs. Room had a physical key and did not lock automatically; key cards and automatically locking doors preferred nowadays.

Wonderful
Beautiful building, great staff, delicious breakfast. Located conveniently between train station and main old town square.
Other than my mattress being a little uncomfortable, everything else was perfect. Lovely, cozy duvet on the bed. Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, large spacious room, exceptionally clean! The staff were all very friendly - Great location too, easy walk into town. We will return!
Being old it was a little noisy - no sneaking around on those floorboards.

Good location for touring the old city. Room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptional and helpful in making our stay the best. We loved the historic feeling of the room. The breakfast was excellent, hands down the best of our trip. The food was fresh, delicious and a good variety of food. We could go back and have second and more.

The breakfast was amazing, so many different things to choose from. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. very friendly!
Our room was big, the beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping there.
It was all very clean, tidy and organized.
The location is amazing, it was wonderful to exit the hotel and already be in a main street full of shops and stores!

A charming historical building with an excellent location. Exceptional breakfast and super clean rooms. The tour to Auschwitz’s that I’ve attended with the help of the staff was also exquisite. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Easy to use temperature control great coffee and comfortable bed. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Loved that teapots were available to use. The staff were friendly and polite, I felt very safe and comfortable there. It's a beautiful building and easy access to the old town and train station. We would happily stay here again.
Not something the hotel can control but weekend revellers in the streets outside make a lot of noise in the early hours (the hotel itself is a peaceful haven). Something of a feature of Old Town Krakow at the weekend which must be incredibly frustrating for those who live here or run wonderful hotels like this one.

The location of the hotel was perfect being between the rail station and the main square. The breakfast was lovely and well stocked, the variety was very good. The room was quaint in keeping with the age and style of the hotel.
It was all good. The front desk staff were helpful but in a reserved way.

Breakfast was varied and fresh and the location was within walking distance of
many sights. The hotel is almost 200 years old and has the ambiance of that age.
The bathroom was updated and very clean.
