Location in town was unbeatable. For the price, room was excellently furnished and clean.
It should be noted that the room is 4 flights up of stairs. While host in greeting message gave several offers to better the stay, when messaging with host replies were adequate but absolutely minimal—possibly due to language barrier. If you want breakfast, be sure to select before booking: Asked twice about adding breakfast to our stay for cash, was ignored :P

The location is really perfect, close to the central square
The room was very clean and cozy, it also felt like home when I went to have breakfast. The lady is very welcoming and kind.
We had to arrive late, but our check-in was easy to do.
The entrance and the walk to the room can seem a little off, but you get used to it.

Excellent location, pleasant room, comfortable bed and bedding, felt very safe.
Misleading 24/7 front desk as there wasn't a front desk and I never met another person during my 5-day stay (retrieved keys from lock box); room is down a dark alley and up 3 flights of quite old stairs which was concerning as I arrived after dark alone. However, it is a very safe place and city. Two of my messages to the host went unanswered.

The location was amazing. Just off the old town square and in the middle of all the city life. It’s clean and well taken care of. Nice that it has a washing machine.
The signage to find the location needs help. There’s nothing telling you where it is. The shower water is very sensitive.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Michal thought of everything a person might need, every tiny detail! It's also perfectly organized, so that the relatively small room (not that small though - it had two beds, a kitchenette including laundry machine, a full wardrobe, and a large bathroom including towel heater) felt cozy and luxurious with three of us sharing it. That's even more amazing when put into the context of how close this is to the main square of the old town. And then to top it off, Michal goes out of his way to be helpful - he sends messages with important information well in advance, his contact details are clearly displayed on a business card attached to the outside of the front door if you run into any problems, and he is willing to go above and beyond to help guests with problems not related to their stay with him.
Honestly there wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

You can’t be the location! At first, be ready for stairs to get to the place, and we were a bit unsure. Once we got to the room, we realized for us as an older couple the set up was not very good for us. We spoke to the host and he fixed everything and got us a new room! He was very gracious. Both rooms were clean and a great use of space, just one was not as easy to use for an older couple. I would stay here again, and plan to in the future. Michael and his wife were amazing.

Excellent location, quiet and could not have asked for better value for money for a trip away with two teenagers. Breakfast was such a bonus and hosts could not have been more discreet or attentive.
The access via a communal stairwell was not as expected but added bohemian uniqueness to our stay.

First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your hospitality. Every detail we might need was carefully considered and prepared in advance. Adjusting the breakfast time to fit our schedule was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. The breakfast, prepared with great care every morning, made us feel at home. There were even foods that our daughter would enjoy. Additionally, the owners’ warm and friendly attitude and their willingness to assist us with anything we needed made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spotless.
Being just a 2-minute walk from the city square and allowing us to feel the historical atmosphere while having easy access to everything at any moment was a great advantage in terms of location.
Moreover, it was a place where we felt completely safe. If you ever find yourself in Kraków, you should definitely choose this place.

Fantastic location. Felt safe as 2 female travellers and Michel the owner was helpful, professional and respectful and never entered our room without permission even when we weren’t there. We had mistakenly booked the room with the double bunkbed and neither of us like sleeping at height but fortunately the settee turned into a double bed. The price and the location were fantastic I can’t overstate it. The room also had a fridge and a kitchenette area so we were able to keep our drinks cold. Cute cocktail bar underneath the apartment was also a nice surprise (Kolba Chemical Bar)
Bathroom was very small and we ran out of hot water one morning (only once) but Michel was helpful and advised. If you’re not a fan of stairs this may be a challenge as there is no lift. However none of this put me off and I would definitely stay here again.

Good kitchen facilities (maybe some drinking glasses would help).
Excellent bathroom. Very quiet for good sleep.
Would definitely recommend.
