The property had an amazing location - right in the heart of everything. The bathroom was spacious and very modern. The room as a whole was lovely. Management was very receptive. They helped me with a late check-in time and were very quick to replace the hair dryer when it stopped working. I’d definitely return again.

Comfy beds, kitchette, great value! Close yo the action.
No air conditioner. Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay and we only had fans. And when you open the windows you get cigarette smoke coming in, so you are stuck in a pickle on hot days. No elevator, it's a healthy walk up. Maybe a little too healthy. But for the price it"s a good deal. Just avoid hot weather. Its above a bike rental place, so it's not like a hotel with staff.

I liked that we had a small kitchen and 2 single beds and a double bed.
I didn’t like that the room was not cleaned everyday. It was hard to get a hold of staff when we were there.

The property was steps away from everything you would like to do in Krakow - restaurants, music and the amazing courtyard.
We were on the 3rd floor and the steps were challenging.

The location of the room could not have been better, right off of the Old Town Square. The room was clean and nicely appointed.
The only thing that would have made our stay better was having an air-conditioning unit of some type.

Location right in the Old Town, easy to get everywhere by tram. Staff was friendly--I appreciated their good English!--and very helpful--no sooner had I told them that the little room fridge didn't work than they brought me another fridge, which worked great. No AC but a couple of large rotating fans. Busy bike rental and luggage storage operation on the ground floor, but very quiet upstairs, even on the weekend. The very old building housing all this has been elegantly rehabilitated and decorated and everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again, and Krakow was a wonderful green city too!

Staff were super helpful with all of my baggage that I needed to store and otherwise wanted to be helpful when I asked questions. Room was very well equipped and immaculate, bed very comfortable. Location was perfect!
The fans were okay, but I would have preferred A/C for sleeping. Doable, tho!

The staff were extremely helpful & polite. My room was clean. I loved the espresso pods for coffee.
I was on the interior side of the building. Both mornings someone was placing or removing items from the dumpster in the courtyard & men talking at 5 am.

Location was perfect and great size room was very clean.
Access to the property wasn’t easy because reception wasn’t maned 24hrs but we did get good instructions on how to gain entry. Free tea and coffee provided but no small amounts of milk.

Very nice, large and clean room (#2) for 3 people with single bed for all. Well equipped kitchenette. Soft mattresses. Lots of electric plugs and lights. Very helpful staff. Excellent location; very close to main square.
Entrance through bicycle shop a bit surprising but fine and secure. Old wooden staircase to get to second floor. No smoke detector in bedroom. No safe in bedroom
