Joanna was an excellent staff member - very responsive in messaging, and always accommodating every trouble I encountered while staying here in Krakow. I would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone considering it.

The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. City Center, Wawel, Castle, the River...all just steps away. Restaurants & shopping for days. Joanna was welcoming and adorable. She gave us a map & showed us how to get everywhere we wanted to go & shared some amazing tips on places to eat & visit. Definitely a great price for our stay! We absolutely loved the Guesthouse! :)

Joanna is an excellent person! My room was clean, comfortable and perfect. The location of the property is fantastic (a few minute's walk to Rynek Główny, Wawel castle and the city center). A lot of restaurants (incl. Michelin enterprises) and bars around. If you look for a nice place to have breakfast, visit surely the Gossip Cafe. If you need a gluten free alternative and have a snack, dinner or take away food - Zapiekane gluten free bistro is highly recommended as well.
