I loved the central location and the apartment had everything I needed.
They provided a map and whatnot it would have been helpful to meet at the actual location of the apartment but once I got the hang of it, it was fine.

Perfect location - 2 mins to the main square in the old town. Lovely, old building with enough amenities for us to use it as a perfect base. Easy to locate and great value for our 5 night stay.

No breakfast
The location was deafening loud with public address system in the square for 2 or more types of loud music at the same time, as well as some type of political protest. On Saturday my, people were shouting and laughing until 4:30 am. The shipyard churches were nice, but in the summer, a person should stay here only if they also want to be out in the square partying all night

I booked through Booking.com on the understanding that the self catering unit in the hotel annex was’room only’ with ‘no meal plan’ clearly stated. But…see next section….
…on checking out I discovered that I had been charged for breakfasts in the main hotel. None had been expected nor taken. I was informed that this represented standard hotel procedure I.e breakfast included . No refund was given. Watch out for this sharp practice!

The location in the old town was perfect. All attractions and transport within easy reach. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and the hotel staff very helpful. Importantly, the room, and equipment was very clean and met our expectations. Thank you ?
