The polite woman working as a receptionist was helpful and really nice. The place is very near to airport. Timeless coffee service was great.
The property used on the bed was smelly it was not clean. There is not any elevator

Location was great, right outside the heart of old town. Perfect! Staff were friendly! Staff was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. They let us leave our luggage before check in and helped with bags for check in. Check in and check out was very easy! Showers are a nice size. We liked having 2 chairs in our 4 person room.
We requested a 4 person and 3 person rooms. The 4 person room was large, but the sofa bed for 2 people was quite small. It was smaller than a typical double or 150cm bed. It was too small for my teenage boys to share. Luckily my husband and I are petit and could share it.
The 3 person room had no space. The hotel added an extra bed, but then there was no room for suitcases. There wasn't even enough room for the door to open.
The rooms were basic, and that's ok. We don't need anything fancy. But it looked much nicer in the pictures than it was in person, so we felt deceived.
Yes, I would stay there again with my family of 4 now that I know what to expect. But I'm not sure I would request the same room because the bed was so small.

1- WiFi on 4th floor worked only 1 day of a 4 day stay; if you don’t have a cellular data plan, be advised!
2- reception desk open only 9am to 6pm; I had to alert my friends who were arriving at 7pm to contact reception desk for how to get into their room; if I hadn’t arrived prior to 6pm, I don’t know how we would have been able to check in

only location was good, but it didn't cost the price with such a room.
It was old and not clean. there were cockroaches near the window. Also the internet connection was very poor.

Beware that the photos shown of their rooms do not fully match what is actually available. Our room was disgusting and with no front desk service, we had no one available to immediately attend to the issue. A makeup mirror was shattered in the sink, bed sheets had holes and stains, and the mattresses are severely stained.
The rooms shown are only for street facing rooms. There are many crammed rooms are the back of the property with NO elevator access. At night there is poor lighting and checking in after dark is a hazard with large luggage.
There is no 24/7 front desk service. Poor lighting at night. Rooms are in bad shape, not cleaned. Shattered mirror in the sink, holes in bed sheets, and severely stained mattresses. Signage for rooms are also horrible and not helpful.

For the good things: the location is convenient close to the transportation hub and the old town. The room was decently sized and overall comfortable in the class of similar rebuilt apartments. The breakfast good quality and quite generous. Easy check in.
The price however was way out of what we reasonably expected. The assessment done based on the properties in the comparable price range, in Poland 4-5 star.
Well, this is not a self-sufficient apartment, rather rebuilt multiple units from a single apartment with some resemblance of a self-sufficiency. There's no kitchenette or even a microwave. The room is spacious for a hotel room but falls far short of a full-sized apartment. Shower a regular stand-in stall. Entrance hall small, sounds and smells pass freely from the corridor. Granted, this isn't an easy problem but at triple to quad price to comparable places I expected more.
The room was on the third level, still the street noise especially from street cars was quite noticeable even late into the night, some vibration as well. There are other rooms in the back that could be quieter but if we paid 110 Eu a night, what would that luxury cost?
Finally, the service. I booked the place by mistake confusing the conversion of the local currency. Within minutes, literally I realized that and requested a cancellation. Booking attempted to mediate but to no avail. What could be the rationale for this decision of the hotel we were at lost. But if the idea was to smite us with the service and quality well that didn't quite work out. It could be a reasonable option depending on the purpose of the visit and budget. But at the level of comfort and service, options in a significantly lower price range can be found. Overall, for the quality/location/price balance we weren't satisfied.

Just a minor thing, I got the room on the fourth floor, I don’t mind taking stairs, but roof was low, so it’s a little inconvenient for tall people.

Although I had requested a quiet room when I arrived I was given a room facing the street. The staff promptly changed it to a quieter one. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to the castle and to Kazimierz and the center of the old town. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was coffee and tea in the room. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. We could leave our luggage at the reception after check out having an afternoon flight.
The blinds on the windows do not block out the light very well. Some of the cups and plates were chipped/cracked.
