The Pensjonat is located in the beautiful part of Krakow - Old Podgorze. There are many attractions around and it is only a short walk to the culture-rich Kazimierz area. The place is a good value for money. It was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Soundproofing is not particularly good

Great location - in quiet part of city, but still very close to old town and center of Krakow. The private bathroom after previous hostels with shared one seemed to us fantastic extra. The room had enough furniture to conveniently organize our belongings after we took those out of backpacks. This place could be perfect not only for 1 day stays, but also longer. Would definitely stay there again.
At night, we kept the windows open because there wasn't any other way to get fresh air. But, because the windows faced an inner courtyard where someone was smoking, the unpleasant smell of cigarettes filled our room in the morning.

The receptionist was very polite and nice. He arranged the room before my check-in time that was impressive. The service and cleanliness is very good. Worth it.

There was no shampoo or body wash. And the staff doesnt speak English at all though we were able to communicate. Otherwise it was great

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Stayed here for short stay before flight home. No frills but clean and good location.

Friendly staff, Huge rooms, common kitchen amenities.
Some of the amenities are missing like shower gel, hair dryer, shampoo and etc.
But we dont have complaints about that.
