The design and the rooms were amazing. Everything was very clean. The staff is pleasing and always there to help. The idea with the free water dispenser was excellent.

Bedrooms are nice , comfy bed and pillow . Good view to the castle
Bathrooms are awful, it seems like a hospital . It is a big contrast and you don’t have bathtub.

*Air con and heating system very outdated.Its very loud, blowing hot and cold air simultaneously and drying out the air making it difficult to breathe properly.
*Beds are very small.

*Noisy jackhammer Construction works are taking place early in the morning.
*An unpleasant view of an abandoned building meters opposite our window with graffiti and dirt not cleaned up.

Everything was great
Breakfast cost to how it was, did not match. I think we got charged $72 American money and the breakfast was not that great, for that amount of money. I did not realize that breakfast was that expensive!

Clean and modern. Good breakfast. Seems more catered to business travelers and tour groups than families.
The room booked was not as described. The description says queen and two twin beds, sleeping 4. I asked for an extra bed for a third child (for a total of 5) and it was confirmed that it was available. Upon arrival, the room was set up for 2 adults (queen bed) and a baby cot. Reception had housekeeping change the layout but then told me that it was only possible to have the 2 twin beds brought in, that another extra bed would not be possible. The room set up as described is WITH 2 extra beds. The 2 twin beds are not always there, which is not clear in the description. The addition of the twins limited usability of the room and made it quite crowded. For future travelers, I’ve added 2 photos - first of setup on arrival and second of setup with addition of the 2 twin beds.
Dining options near the hotel are limited. Onsite hotel is fine but pricey.

Good location. Not in the town centre but close to it. Connectivity to trams and buses. A couple of super markets and restaurants around the hotel. Helpful staff.
Nothing really. Only wish is if the rate for breakfast could’ve improved. 85 Zl per person was a bit too stiff for us.

Rooms were modern and clean
Both elevators broke down, had to carry bags down from 4th floor. No signage to show new exit. Also bar/restaurant staff weren’t there when we entered at dinner time had to wait 10 minutes.

Reception area and restaurant.
Bad starting from staff, they don’t provide any help or try to assist my needs well enough. Very poor attitude and service. Rooms are clean but not as expected. Very bad security sometimes no one is at the reception. Reception sitting area is nice as well as the restaurant very good.
