The apartment has a perfect location in the town. Hosts are very helpful and fast service both before and after our arrival. Really appreciated they waited for us because of late check in. Comfortable mattresses and apartment layout

Great location. Breakfast was delivered to the door every morning at a fixed time. The amount provided, was enough for each guest. Helpful staff on site.
Location in Old Town means high noise level through window almost around the clock. The maintenance started around 6 am. The price charged on chech-in was higher than indicated in the reservation. As it was already evening, I did not raise the issue. Based on the photos, it is not possible to determine which apartment the accommodation is actually located in. The breakfast selection was rather limited, and on one morning it appeared that something had been missing when compared with other two breakfasts.

Large open space for my family of 8. Tall ceilings, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with big table, tv and more. Comfortable place to stay.
The price was very reasonable and much better than trying to stay at the best western next door.
The mattress in the room with the master bath had a spot where the springs were bad near the edge. Small spot, but enough to notice.

The location was perfect for a Krakow stay. It's in the city centre. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was on the fifth floor of an apartment complex easily accessible and near the reception. The staff was very helpful, and spoke great English. The price was totally worth it.
The elevator was small, which was listed, not a big inconvenience but may cause trouble.

As we were arriving late, we used the taxi service from the hotel and the guy who picked us up also works the reception, so this was great as it was 1am and he had our keys with him, so easy arrival. Decent apartment, bit dated in places, but as expected, as the place was great value for central Krakow. Bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. Very close to all restaurants, the old city, the castle and also not far to a big mall and the train station and ice skating rink we used too!
Nothing to complain about.

Extremely well located, spacious apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (we got the 2 bedroom apartment). Check in was easy and the place to pick up the keys is very close by. They give you written instructions of how to reach your apartment. We forgot something and they were extremely kind to help us getting it shipped to us.
The room facing the street had some issue with the window, so some noise got in.

I liked the fact that, first of all, the staff was very friendly, and the apartment was spacious, well located, with various amenities and shops nearby for everything I needed.
For my taste, the mattress was too soft.
I would have preferred it to be firmer, but that depends on each person, and as for the temperature, it could have been a few degrees warmer, but it wasn't that bothersome.

The location was very central and the staff were very informative and friendly and spoke good English. The apartment itself was very modern and had all of the essentials. The apartment was mostly very well-stocked.
The bathroom light sometimes worked perfectly fine, but sometimes was very dim to the point where visibility in the bathroom was very poor.

"Mattress" in the cot bed was unusable. No lift, which was a bit of a pain with toddler, baby, pram and luggage.
