This apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Krakow! The location is prime right in the center of all the action & main drag, easy to find & get in and out of the apartment. Also the apartment itself was very spacious and had more than enough room for 3 people!
Some of the apartment seemed dated or not clean, but was not a major issue. The couches had some stains on them, the fan in the living room did not work, but otherwise everything seemed great!

The apartment has an amazing location — truly unbeatable. It has a more classic, vintage style and is full of unique decorations, which makes it feel different from most modern flats. If you appreciate charm and character, you’ll definitely enjoy it.
The staff was also very responsive and replied quickly through Booking, which made communication easy and smooth throughout the stay.
Unfortunately, I felt that this flat is more suitable just for sleeping rather than for a longer, more comfortable stay. The kitchen is quite limited — there aren’t many utensils available if you plan to cook, and there were no extra trash bags provided in case the bin gets full. There were also no dish towels to dry the dishes or a towel to dry your hands in the kitchen.
I also found the bed a bit too firm for my taste, and the shower temperature was somewhat difficult to control, especially when adjusting the hot water.

The location was amazing in the old town and it was private and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was large and spacious. I would highly recommend. The checkin process was easy and nearby.

The location is perfect!! Just outside the Castle in the middle of Old Town. The only thing is that it is not in the same place as the reception (address on Booking) but it’s just a 7min walk away :)) It’s also bigger than I expected which was a fun surprise!! Definitely will come back when I can!
The address is different. In Booking they just let you know where you have to pick up the keys BUT it is positioned even more in the center of the Old Town so the location is still incredible.

Location was great, right in center of old town.
Website was very misleading about location. Address refers to main office and not where we actually stayed.
Had to walk 10-15 minutes from office to apartment after picking key up. Maybe a local lockbox should be added.
Difficult getting washing machine to work. Maybe it is on some sort of timer?
No clothes drying rack.
Noise from restaurant and night club.

The apartment is just a short walk from the main bus/train station thru the shopping mall.....just follow the signage to Stare Miasto. Apartment is right in the Old Town....very happening...the crowd, the places of interest, eateries, stores. The 1 double bed & 3 single beds are comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen is well equipped. 5 stars for customer service (Reception Desk), so helpful.
No lift to the apartment. Real tough climbing the stairs,....breathless with or without luggage.

It is situated in a perfect place.

The apartment was really clean and tidy. The big plus that it’s literally center of the old town.
When we came to front office to do check in, we were thinking that it’s exactly here will be our apartment, but from front office we’ve been walking like 10 minutes to our destination.
The door from shower cabin was broken, it’s literally stayed in my hands when I was trying to close it; I couldn’t fix it by myself.
It’s good that I didn’t hurt myself or at least didn’t break the glass door.
There was no towel for legs and the plates in the kitchen were really dirty.
When it was time to do check out, we said about door in shower cabin, so it wasn’t big surprise for guests service operators. Nobody didn’t say even sorry for inconvenience.
But location really good.
