Location was great as it was easy walk to old town/restaurants/tram lines/university. Room was very spacious and heating worked well. Others staying very respectful and quiet when coming and going.
Thankfully I was on the back side but the street in front is torn up and under construction. If on a front facing room it may be very loud. In my room I only feel the building vibrating from the drilling into the concrete. Please note there are about 60 steps to get up to the floor these apartments are on.

Very Poor
The room was fine, not great, not terrible, and the location is quite good.
The residence is NOT staffed, I couldn't leave my luggage before check-in because there was no key like the instructions said, and finally the remote staff is highly unprofessional. I requested an invoice since this was a business trip and I never received it, despite multiple reminders.

Communication. Communication. And again Communication! The people in charge only answered my queries when they noticed a bed was moved into my room - by me. I needed two beds. They did not provide though they advertise the room as being for three people max. That third is a hold but they do it say that. I tried to get an answer on this for two months. Nothing!!

Very Poor
I have never written a critical review but unfortunately I have to give this accomodation a “1”. We stayed in a 2-room apartment number 206 on the 2nd floor. Despite being in a great location and generally functional and clean apartment, we encountered major issues while staying there:
1. Safety is the most important when we travel. This apartment had a front door malfunction (due to a faulty smoke detector - as we were informed) and the door randomly kept getting unlocked at different times. Anyone could just push the door slightly from the outside and open it. The door got unlocked 5 times over 3 days, including twice around midnight!! On the last day we came back after the whole day of sightseeing and found the door unlocked. Despite letting the customer service know multiple times about this issue, nothing was done to fix it!!!!! I felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping there at night and I also felt very worried about leaving our things (like laptops) in the apartment when we were out during the day, knowing that the door can just get unlocked at any time.
2. The check in process was a bit rough. We had not received the code to retrieve the key from the lockbox and had to call customer service. It took 15-20 minutes on the phone with the “virtual assistant” before I was put through to a real person who provided the code.
3. We specifically chose an apartment with air conditioning. It was 30 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning did not work. Again, tried to call customer service and spent at least 20 minutes with the “virtual assistant”. We were informed that somebody will come and fix the air con. The next day, after inquiring again, we were told that it cannot be fixed.
4. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment and definitely will not stay there again.

The property was perfect for a couple nights stay. It was in a great location and very close to the old town square. It had a shared kitchen which was a nice touch. The room also had air-con which was good in the warmer temperatures.
It was fairly small but comfortable for a few nights.

Amazing location, modern, spacious room. It was easy to leave my luggage on my last day, very handy. Also the key format (a small tag on a lace) was super handy. There’s a kettle in the room and also a small kitchen on the floor.
I would recommend taking earplugs with you as there’s a tram line under the window. Also keep in mind that there is no elevator.

Close to the old town and clean
First of all, the fob I took from the box opened the the door but the door didn’t lock after that. I realised it on the second day after 5pm that the door from my room was open all this time, because of this issue I tried to ring the reception however it was after 5pm so no one answered the phone. I had to take all the valuable belongings with me while going out as I didn’t feel it’s safe to leave them in the room.
The shower constantly was clogged so unable to have a proper shower.
Wifi not the best, I had issue with the connection.
And on the day of the check out there was no electricity so I was unable to charge my phone before leaving.
Overall I am very disappointed especially with the door being unlocked and not being able to contact anyone to address this issue.

creaky floor, impossibility to put a frying pan and a saucepan on the stove at the same time (they are not the right size), dust in some places, poor quality daily cleaning, they left an empty bucket in the middle of the kitchen (I don't understand what cleaning consisted of then)
