Lovely comfy beds, clean and neat with good amenities. Nice breakfast with lots of options, a little bit expensive for breakfast. Staff were helpful and nice. Great pool and jacuzzi, not too busy. Near to the city centre, about a 15 min walk.
Some staff could have been a little bit friendlier.

Stunning view and location. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was great value as kids eat for free. The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus.

Absolutely fabulous hotel !from the moment you walked in the door,the staff at reception were so helpful and nice.rooms were spotless,and the rituals products are a fab bonus to the bathrooms.very central to the centre..we will definitely be back,christine, mick and faye from dublin .

Very clean and a great location
Check in was terrible. We waited two hours after check in time for our room. We were needing two rooms next to each other as a party of two adults and two children. The gentleman who served us was not polite at all and never even apologised for the lateness.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! What stood out the most was the delicious food—every meal was flavorful and satisfying. The meal times were very convenient, making it easy to enjoy without feeling rushed. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything even more enjoyable. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always professional. My room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff (except for the reception) were very attentive. They quickly repaired the air conditioning and ensured the sofa sheets were placed, which had not been done upon our arrival. Also, the free water dispenser was a plus.
The sofa sheets were not prepared, even though it was known that four people would be staying in the room. The air conditioner was constantly running and couldn’t be turned off. Thankfully, a kind staff member resolved the issue within half an hour. The swimming pool was extremely crowded and quite deep. The shallow area was completely taken over by small children, leaving no real space for swimming. For such a large hotel, there should ideally be at least two or three pools to accommodate guests. Also, it was surprising that there was no sauna. The underground paid parking was completely full, but the reception allowed us to park in any available space. There was also a very strong scent in the upper floors of the hotel — intended as a pleasant air freshener, but in reality far too intense and completely irritating to the throat.
