Lovely view of the waterbody
Water for drinking was sparkling and despite putting in the verbal request, nothing changed. So we ended up drinking from the tap.

Clean room, nice reception team, underground parking, excellent breakfast, good location.
Air conditioner could not be stopped . I had to ask the reception to do it by themselves and after a while it started again, so during the night I stopped the electricity by removing the card.

The vanilla spa was excellent, me and my wife booked in for a couples massage and it was incredible. As was the quality of the food I ordered from room service.

Disappointing
The location of the hotel is good and the view from the window of the restaurant to the river is beautiful.
The road near the hotel is under construction and it is very difficult to order a taxi, that would accept the order and ready to go there.
The room with 2 beds has very small beds, like for kids.
Pieces of the door in the room were broken, the wall was swollen and cracked. I asked to change the room. Another room was with a normal double bed, but the room was cold, the air conditioning regulator was broken off and glued with electrical tape. The hot water ran out in the shower when I was just soaping my hair. Honestly speaking, I don't know why does the hotel have 5 stars.

It was all like advertised ! Price has been significantly reduced to compensate for the construction work in the north side street. I've got good guidance how to approach the hotel despite "road closed" signs. Despite some traffic inconvenience the price more than compensated the trouble. Also, the construction works didn't bother me at all. Quite the contrary, due to road closure, the nights have been very quiet.
Staff very kind, friendly, helping. Breakfast very good, fresh organic food as usual in Europe.
Nothing for that price.
