Fair
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the location was quite good (around 8/10). Staff were very friendly and helpful, always doing their best to make the stay pleasant. Breakfast could be rated around 6,5/10 – decent overall – but considering the hotel has its own well-rated restaurant, I expected a higher standard and a bit more variety.
Unfortunately, the overall standard still did not match the price. The furniture and equipment felt outdated – old bed, small TV, and no coffee maker in the room. Also, the information about ordering from the kitchen was poorly communicated, hidden on a small note at the buffet and easy to miss.
Overall, the stay was fine, but for the price charged, the expectations were definitely higher.

Bedroom was a good size . AC was a little noisy at night.
Fair selection of breakfast items.
Wasn’t too happy with the location- the area around was rather scruffy and dirty
Some of the staff needed a little bit of training in customer services…..I found myself on more than one occasion having to step aside for staff to walk past. In my opinion the paying customer shouldn’t have to do this.

Everything. One of the best city hotels I've ever stayed at. Exceptional service. Comfortable rooms. Spotlessly clean. We were never disturbed by room service - they would wait until we'd left the hotel and then clean our room. Reception staff were helpful beyond measure. Is within 10 minutes walk of main tourist areas and restaurants. Was simply a pleasure to stay here.
I genuinely can't think of anything. This hotel is exceptional.

The location for the Old Town was good. The breakfast was really nice, with the staff working constantly to keep everything easily available and looking fresh. There was plenty of choice. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff excellent. The check out time of 12:00hrs was very convenient for us.
We like the option of having a bath, as we only had a shower. That is not to be taken as a complaint, it is only a personal preference. The bathroom was very clean.

A well equipped, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Happy hour at the bar in the afternoon was a welcome bonus and there is a nice restaurant for evening dinner too.

Every aspect of our experience at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, it was impeccably clean, and the location was exceptional. It was lovely having a restaurant connected to the hotel, where we found the food and service to be excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious and provided an excellent start to a day of sightseeing. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the faultlessly helpful staff. I wish that I could remember her name, but we greatly appreciated her assistance in confirming our booking for our private Auschwitz tour. She was reassuring. As other reviewers have noted, a generous boxed breakfast/lunch was provided when our early morning pick-up resulted in us missing breakfast.
There is nothing we didn't like.
