Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, big room with twin beds for me and my friend. Clean soft duvet covers. 2 big winged chairs in the room. Full length mirror was very handy. Bathroom also big with clean fluffy towels. Loved the breakfast - fresh and lots of options. The breakfast staff in particular were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Happy hour half price cocktails. Courtyard outside at the back was lovely and there was a heater although we didn’t use it. Would be nice in summer. We were there for Xmas market early December. Location was excellent and a short walk to Jewish quarter restaurants and bars and around 10 min walk to the main old town square.
Only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer in the room rather than the bathroom.

Fantastic location in easy reach of the main square and also the fabulous Jewish Quarter . Hotel was beautiful and well laid out with a great restaurant and bar area with a lovey courtyard - staff were extremely helpful and friendly ! Really quiet at night so great sleeps !

Excellent room, very comfortable beds and most importantly clean. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise (from our historic experience of European breakfast options are generally under whelming) gave you comprehensive options for cold to hot food backed up by a great service team. Location was good being 10 to 15 minute walk to the main square or the castle.

Location was close to everything Krakow has to offer.
Breakfast was ok. Our room had a musty smell to it and eventhough a fix was put in place, it remained there. Hotel staff did try their best to sort the problem during our 3 night stay. Bathroom big and nice and warm.

Lovely big triple room with a large bathroom and great shower! 15 minute walk to the main square or right by the tram line. Train station to the Salt Mine is 5 mins away and costs about £8 return. Had breakfast out most days, but tried the hotel once and it was fine.

Great location for a walk into the old town.
Great choice at Breakfast and all of the hotel staff were helpful with great customer service.
If staying in Kracow again I would stay here.
Not able to room charge anything in the restaurant or bar to our room, seems to be a separate business located within the hotel.

The staff was fantastic and the hotel was in a wonderful location. I was able to walk to every place I wanted to see while I was there. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.
I wish I had been able to control the A/C unit while there. The remote had been removed so I couldn't turn it on. The only option was the radiator heater. However, with only a huge thick comforter as the bedding, it was quite hot without the cooler air but no covers was to cool.
