Dated decor and food choices were limited for food intolerances, limited TV options. Old style hair dryer that was stuck to the wall.

Everything was perfect. We had Breakfast booked for every day, but our tour pick up was 5:55am, Daniel arranged a lovely, very generously packed breakfast/lunch bag to keep us going. The room was spotless and a very nice place to get your head down. Restaurant food is superb, the Beef Tartare followed by the Fillet steak is a must.
Having to go home at the end of our stay.

Within easy 5 min walk of Jewish Quarter and 10 min walk of Old Town. Quiet location, good facilities. Excellent on site restaurant with other excellent restaurants close away from main tourist drag but close enough to go there if you want to. Staff extremely helpful & friendly making for a highly enjoyable stay.

Staff were friendly and efficient the Room was well appointed with a large king size bed..the breakfast was alue for money (if pre booked) and the restaurant (evening meal) was excellent and good value for money!We also used the hotel to book our guided tours in the region .
Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard as the trains are little noisy if you stay at the front of the hotel!

Lovely boutique hotel very well located for exploring Krakow. Also a few hundred yards from train station. Quiet location with nice appointed rooms; which were spotless and cleaned each day early doors. Breakfast good too. It was my birthday during our stay and was given a wee bottle of prosecco....a lovely touch and unexpected surprise. Would definitely recommend this hotel if travelling for a few days to Krakow.
Rooms get very hot and remote to work air conditioning unit was not in our room. We had to ask at reception, so would recommend you check and secure this at check in to secure a good night sleep.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very good service and hotel personnel. Good breakfast in the Hotel restaurant.
There is an issue with adding breakfast with an additional payment. First, it's quite expensive, and second, different reception employees charge different prices for the same breakfast. There is a lack of self-respect.
