If I had one fault to pick it would be we asked for a sandwich to be made about 9.00 and they could not do it

The rooms were clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Large space. We did the tours and visited the key historic locations and other than Auschwitz, we could walk from the hotel. Auschwitz tour bus collection point was a 4 minute walk from our hotel. Staff were also lovely.
Wasn't a problem but the only room for improvement may be the gym. Had all the basic equipment but aimed more for upper body sessions. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Krakow.

The noisy trams that pass every few minutes by the hotel from 0430 till 2330

The food and drinks were reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room had everything we needed.
It was a bit far from the centre for us oldies but on the other hand that made it nice and quiet. Breakfast could have been better but adequate. I wouldn't describe the hotel as a "Boutique" hotel, which was a little deceiving - in my experience boutique hotels are ultra modern/trendy which this was not but still very nice and did its job.

The staff, breakfast, room, location, friendliness of staff were all excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Interaction from all staff was superb.
There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained. Its just lovely. Staff were so helpful and attentive both in communication before we arrived and throughout our stay. Great value for money and the bar and restaurant were not crazy hotel prices they were great high street prices with top quality food and drinks.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Food delicious for breakfast and dinner. Amazing location between Jewish quarter and Old Town, very walkable.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast
The decor is simple and modern and somewhat lack character. No swimming pool, public and bar areas are not inviting. Location is ok and will require you to walk 10 mins or so to get to the old town or the Jewish quarter.
