Situated in a quiet cul de sac the hotel is just a short walk to the main square and has the 20 tram just a 5 minutes away. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
The garden is the jewel in this hotel as you can relax with a drink or have some food in its serene surroundings.
Bar closed at 22.00 which is not a very tourist friendly hour to close.
The soap dispensers would drive you crazy, this needs to be reviewed as the hand power needed to release soap is too much

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been changed to a different hotel, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Although they eventually provided a room, they informed me that parking was unavailable due to another reservation. I was directed to a separate parking facility where I had to pay an additional 120 pln,Overall, the experience was quite frustrating and not what I expected.”

Quiet location, but at the same time close to the city center (walking distance ~15 min). Nice staff, we were accommodated earlier than the check-in time and offered a free room upgrade. Big, cozy rooms, well equipped - even complimentary water and smart TV. Very good cleanliness in the room.
No slippers or bathrobes.
A mini-bar in the room would be useful.

The location was excellent. The breakfast and breakfast setting were very nice. I liked the option of a free glass of wine for skipping a room cleaning.

The location is good, close to the old town.
My room was tiny. I barely had space to move around the bed. My coffee pads and my water was not once refilled. The garbage bin in the bathroom was broken (foot pad not working).
There’s also a small gym in the hotel, which is great. However, it is right next to their conference room and they don’t allow you as a guest to use the gym during conference days. Great, that was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place, would have been nice to know.

What is there not to like? 10 minutes walking to the old city center, easy access, quite, modern facility, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, etc.
The air conditioning didn’t pass the 21.5 degrees, even when I set it to be warmer.

The location to main attractions was easily accessible and the hotel itself was lovely.
I had glass in my bedsheets one night and when taking the glass to the front desk with a picture of the cut it had caused as I slept in the bed I wasn't melted with a great response and the bed sheets weren't changed as they said they would be. For something pretty bad I was expecting an apology at least and almost felt I was being laughed at. Was not great experience

Very nice hotel, very clean and breakfast was good selection
The fact we booked the hotel in the old village or so we thought by the photos, but getting took to the wrong hotel at 10pm at night, just be aware when booking you go to the correct hotel and both in old and new village have the same name
