The best thing about my stay was the staff - they were extremely friendly and helpful - all of them went out of their way to make sure I had anything O needed and they were really friendly whilst doing it too!

I liked that the hotel had an interesting design — everything was light and white, very cozy. There was water and a coffee machine in the room, everything was neat. A pleasant surprise: at the reception they offered me a free glass of wine.
The breakfast was very tasty — definitely a big plus. And I especially appreciated the terrace: it was nice to enjoy breakfast outside in the fresh air, which is important to me. The staff were friendly and polite. Another nice touch — I was able to check in at 2 p.m., even though the official check-in time was from 3. That matters.
There was a TV, everything worked. The room overall was fine. I’ll mention a few downsides separately, but overall the impression was positive.
A major downside for me was that the windows in the room didn’t open at all. The air felt stale — even though there was ventilation and air conditioning, I really wanted to open a window and let in some fresh air, especially in summer. It was a bit suffocating, like you couldn’t really breathe. Honestly, it gave me a slight feeling of claustrophobia, being completely sealed in. I was glad I only stayed one night.
Another issue was the water pressure — it was very weak. I mean, you could shower, technically, but it didn’t feel like you were actually getting clean. Despite the overall cleanliness of the bathroom and the room, these were serious drawbacks that definitely affected my experience.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been changed to a different hotel, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Although they eventually provided a room, they informed me that parking was unavailable due to another reservation. I was directed to a separate parking facility where I had to pay an additional 120 pln,Overall, the experience was quite frustrating and not what I expected.”

Small boutique hotel, really nice and good sized room. In a great spot, close to castle and the old town and about 15 min walk to the Jewish quarter. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was clean and tidy.
A cleaning lady cleaned the room every day, and bottled water was added free of charge every day.Breakfast was available every morning, plenty of choices of food.
Great smart TV, we could log in and watch Netflix.

Quiet location, but at the same time close to the city center (walking distance ~15 min). Nice staff, we were accommodated earlier than the check-in time and offered a free room upgrade. Big, cozy rooms, well equipped - even complimentary water and smart TV. Very good cleanliness in the room.
No slippers or bathrobes.
A mini-bar in the room would be useful.
