recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed that my booking had been changed to a different hotel, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Although they eventually provided a room, they informed me that parking was unavailable due to another reservation. I was directed to a separate parking facility where I had to pay an additional 120 pln,Overall, the experience was quite frustrating and not what I expected.”

Small boutique hotel, really nice and good sized room. In a great spot, close to castle and the old town and about 15 min walk to the Jewish quarter. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was clean and tidy.
A cleaning lady cleaned the room every day, and bottled water was added free of charge every day.Breakfast was available every morning, plenty of choices of food.
Great smart TV, we could log in and watch Netflix.
The bathroom was nice and spacious, with floor heating.

Quiet location, but at the same time close to the city center (walking distance ~15 min). Nice staff, we were accommodated earlier than the check-in time and offered a free room upgrade. Big, cozy rooms, well equipped - even complimentary water and smart TV. Very good cleanliness in the room.
No slippers or bathrobes.
A mini-bar in the room would be useful.

Loved the room and the bar/lounge. The location was perfect, not far to walk to the old town. Staff were friendly too.

The location was brilliant! Down a quiet side road, but literally a two minute walk away from Wawel Castle. The rooms were nicely sized, quiet, and the en-suite bathroom was really swanky. The staff were also really friendly, really approachable, and really helpful.
I would have liked our bedding to have been changed, especially since we stayed for a week, but that’s a small complaint versus all the positives.

Quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioning in the room was a relief on hot days. The service was friendly. The breakfast was good and comprehensive.
