The location is good, close to the old town.
My room was tiny. I barely had space to move around the bed. My coffee pads and my water was not once refilled. The garbage bin in the bathroom was broken (foot pad not working).
There’s also a small gym in the hotel, which is great. However, it is right next to their conference room and they don’t allow you as a guest to use the gym during conference days. Great, that was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place, would have been nice to know.

Very comfortable room with an excellent shower.
Breakfast - the range of breads was good, but the hot food on offer was poor with only a few items to choose from. The fried eggs and mini omelettes were barely warm and both were like rubber, the grilled tomatoes were cold. The juice machine was out of order but no alternative was offered e.g. jugs of juice.

I really enjoyed my stay!
The staff was wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of local dishes. We especially liked the pickled vegetables, fresh fruits, and selection of cheeses — everything was fresh and delicious.
Thank you for the warm hospitality!
At times, it felt like there weren’t quite enough staff around, during breakfast, one person was handling both serving and clearing tables, which looked a bit overwhelming.
Also, I noticed a few drink marks left on the lobby tables, which could have been cleaned more promptly.

Convenient location. Nice outside area. Excellent bathroom.
The cosy room was too small and you had to crawl over each other to get into bed. Bar could be better.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful with recommending different things to see in and around Krakow.
The rooms were very neat and tidy and the breakfast was very good as well with plenty to choose from.

What is there not to like? 10 minutes walking to the old city center, easy access, quite, modern facility, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, etc.
The air conditioning didn’t pass the 21.5 degrees, even when I set it to be warmer.

Everything, location was great, 10 mins walk to the main square. Rooms were a good size, very modern and spotless . Safe, coffee machine and fridge in the room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and public areas were lovely., staff friendly and welcoming
