Wonderful
Calm location in walking distance to city center and all sights. Welcoming staff. Comfy bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Perfect for short break, also for longer stay.

Not happy with this booking . They decided to tell us by message ,whilst sitting awaiting our departure flight to Krakow ,5.40pm,that they were moving us to another hotel for that night. After messaging back and forth gave us 150zlty credit on our room,which amounts to under £30 for 2 of us. Bit late to do anything at this point ,ie to book somewhere else as theyve already got their money.Told we could check in to original hotel in morning ,so we arrive there via taxi transfer, which I made sure they paid for,for the inconvenience,we'd already paid for our taxi, to be told only 1 room available at that point ,we were travelling with friends. I ask the chap on the desk why we could not get booked in day previous, as no explanation had actually been given,to be told it was over booked, given I had book this months in advance and nothing had been said til 2 hours before Im due to arrive did somewhat annoy me and that the monies had been taken,no word of over booking then,funnily enough. He said this is what they do,airlines do the same,but funnily enough managed to get my flight without having to move to another flight or day,very poor excuse and if thats the policy, its not a good one. We get to our room and much as nothing wrong with room ,its now put a wee cloud on my trip. The small bottle of prosecco and a dessert , and a card by way of apology was just a little too short by far.
Krakow itself is a wonderful city and enjoyed the christmas market. Should mention they did keep our luggage for us till our pickup.

This place is extremely well ran. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was lovely. Waiting staff very helpful at breakfast. Receptionists were very cheerful and professional. Room facilities very good. Loved having a fridge. Room cleaned and towels replaced when asked.
