Great hotel near the train/bus station, just 5 minutes walk. We booked junior suite. It was huge room with very comfortable bed. There was Nespresso coffee maschine. Complimentary drinks like Fanta, Kindley Tonic, water. The room was very clean and I really appreciated that we received obwarzenek at check out. That was nice gesture from the hotel.

very nice, new hotel near the old town. quiet rooms, lot's of parking space in the garage underneath with direct elevator access. very helpful and friendly staff

Mercure Krakow is ideally located, Krakow Glowny main railway/ bus and tram station is 5 minutes walk across the road. Also short walking distance from some of the main Krakow attractions.
All hotel staff were all extremely professional friendly and helpful, cannot praise them enough.
The hotel is deserving 4 star is modern, spotlessly clean as was the Privilege double room which are spacious.
The Winestone restaurant is excellent the food beautifully cooked very tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were again very professional, friendly and helpful.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the this wonderful hotel.
Our stay was too short.

Wonderful stay! Very quiet hotel. Even though our room was facing the street and there were trams passing by, you can't hear a thing with the window closed. Great location, comfortable room, helpful and kind staff. Rich breakfast. Super plus, the quiet gym, open 24/7.
There are no negative impressions. Everything was great.
