Mercure Krakow is ideally located, Krakow Glowny main railway/ bus and tram station is 5 minutes walk across the road. Also short walking distance from some of the main Krakow attractions. All hotel staff were all extremely professional friendly and helpful, cannot praise them enough. The hotel is deserving 4 star is modern, spotlessly clean as was the Privilege double room which are spacious. The Winestone restaurant is excellent the food beautifully cooked very tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were again very professional, friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at the this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful stay! Very quiet hotel. Even though our room was facing the street and there were trams passing by, you can't hear a thing with the window closed. Great location, comfortable room, helpful and kind staff. Rich breakfast. Super plus, the quiet gym, open 24/7.
There are no negative impressions. Everything was great.
