From the moment we walked in the receptionist super friendly very professional and kind. The restaurant stuff very nice , food was really good and the breakfasts service amazing. Constantly bringing fresh food non stop cleaning use plates asking if we need anything definitely very professional.overall great experience we will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Everything was really good nothing truly to complain about.

I Had a great short stay at Mercure. modern, clean rooms with comfy beds and excellent service. The friendly staff made everything easy. Loved the location and relaxed atmosphere — perfect for a quick city break

Don't choose that hotel, it's the worst I've ever been! It's sort of big fake show of fancy place, inside it's realy poor and low quality of service and rooms, and mostly the staff is unprofessional and disconnected from reality and the costumer basic needs, for example we ate in the hotel restaurant the costs of 700pln when we asked to replace only one dish that wasn't as should be, we got really stupid and non pleasant respond for 80pln dish...
I've never reviewed any hotel but this time i feel i have to inform and let others know that this place not worth your money.

Great breakfast—a bit pricey but many interesting choices. My friend and I (Americans) like our scrambled eggs firmer.
I couldn’t take a shower because The shower water temperature was too hot no matter how I turned the faucet. I had to do a sponge bath in the sink. The lighting was too complicated. Both nights there was at least one light I couldn’t turn off, but I was too sleepy to call the front desk—just put on my eye mask. The next day I reported the light in the closet and a man came to fix it. The second night there was a faint light on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom that I couldn’t find a switch for. Wore mask. Gotta say though, the people at the desk couldn’t have been nicer or resourceful. They found an ideal, very old restaurant for us in the Old Town that featured authentic Polish dancing and singing as well as good food and a great ambiance.

The hotel is beautiful. We felt so welcomed by every staff member. Breakfast was delicious and dinner as well.
A pool would make the hotel even better! Also maybe a care center for the children would have been amazing.

Clean modern hotel. Good location for main square. Staff were exceptional. Helps organise trips pre our stay and they were brilliant.

The only thing coming to my mind - sophisticated lighting with multiple regulations and switchers, you need to spend some time before managing how to turn all it off :-)
