Location is excellent in front of the train station and just a few minutes away from the old town.
The hotel is modern and very comfortable.
Breakfast is very yummy.

The hotel is convenient to Glowny train station and shopping centre right across the road. Smells gorgeous when you walk in.
The staff are friendly and get your key ready quickly.
The rooms are spacious and they provide mini bar, ironing board, tv, wifi, etc. The bed is comfy and bedding & towels, toilet roll changed everyday. You get two bath towels, a hand towel and a floor towel. Hairdryer in bathroom and a socket to charge Electric toothbrush/shaver. I liked that the bathroom mirror didn’t get all steamed up when drying my hair.
The room was lovely and warm and there was no noise from any other rooms. We ordered a double room and got a superior room which meant we had a sofa and extra space.
The Christmas market was just down the road and around the corner and plenty of restaurants around.
This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Couldn’t fault the hotel - if I was being picky I would say maybe an extra towel for when I wash my long hair but it wasn’t an issue

Excellent location, opposite to the train station/mall and in walkable distance to Old Town. Plenty of taxis to catch outside if needed. Spotless clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, cosy ambience, Cristmasy atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It was my second time staying there and definately not the last!
Breakfast was very good, but closer to Polish standarts. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Excellent location, walkable distance to Old Town and plenty of taxis to catch outside if needed. The room and facilities are beautiful, it was a home away from home.

Quiet bedroom at rear of hotel.Clean inside with a very comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.Good state of furniture and decor .Staff friendly and helpful
No gratis bottled water in bedroom. Drinks and snacks available at extra prices which are exhorbinate. Breakfast expensive and generally rather bland.Coffee served was lukewarm and far too milky.Cake selection poor.
