Wonderful
Lovely, spacious comfortable rooms. Hotel lobby and bar lovely too. Lots of choice at breakfast with items regularly topped up. Great location. 10-15 min walk to the old town and just across the road from a great shopping centre and train station. Would definitely stay and again!
Bar prices were a bit on the high side.

Location
There is something seriously wrong with hotel administration. Rude and disrespectful staff. We clearly mentioned while booking that we are family together with kids and infants but still they didnt provide us any crib for baby, even not connected rooms. We requested reception multiple times to provide at least one crib for baby in one room but still they werent willing to help, even they were rude and disrespectful. Upon check in we ask them to help with luggage and they also refused to even touch our bags. We stayed 4 nights During our stay and we ask 3 times to refresh our rooms and change towels but it never happened unless on our last day we had to argue with hotel staff. Hotel itself and location is very good but i believe hotel staff need to be trained with basic hospitality manners, if they cant help guests at least they can behave respectfully.

Rude staff, show zero respect towards guests. we ask multiple time for room cleaning but never provided when we approached reception they gave stupid justification and showed zero respect.

Brilliant location, only 10 minutes walk to old town/Market Square. Similar distance to train a big plus. Hotel very nice, clean with really comfy bed
