Very nice location close to railstation and city center, good opportunity to charge electric car and good parking place over night. Check-in was very fast, as well as the electric car charing with only a RFID.

The apartment was clean and tidy. We have late check in. Good parking. We traveled with dog and a cat ( just extra fee for them), very easy to get , fast communication and cheerful personal.
We like the service. Good options, when you are on the long way by car and need to rest. Special thanks that they allow animals.
There weren't any spoons, just couple of glasses and a cattle in the room (nothing extra, like few tea bags or so). But they provide breakfast (till 9 am ), so we a bit late after dog walking.
Overall we liked the place!

Location is very good - close both to the Central Station (and Krakowska Gallery) and to the Old City. Decent WiFi. They have also a small kitchen and some necessary stuff for it. Overall - not bad. The personnel also organized transfer from the airport - thank you for that.
Some minor repairment is needed - both for the rooms and for the furniture (particularly, for the bed in the room #16). Shampoo and shower gel would be also greatly appreciated (they have only liquid soap). A bit tricky process of check-in and out. They have reception in the building, but for 2 days I haven't seen anybody there, but they have additional reception - across the street (especially, if you check-in late at night) - also they will open the gate to let you back in if you are late at night

The service staff in the recption were very nice and helpful with all our questions. Hotell was very central, close to everything. Tram, shops, old town.
We would have preferred breakfast bufe to a lunch box in the morning. The contents of the box were ok but they lacked something hot for breakfast and coffee. The room was small and not very well cleaned. The beds felt old and uncomfortable.

Room not as requested dirty bedding uncomfortable bed no teaspoons glasses in bathroom and remote control not working. Only stayed 1:night instead of 2.

Affordable price and good location, in case of need to stay somewhere for 1 night before the next move.
The staff is welcoming, even at night time.
It is very Soviet-like. Facilities are old. Toilet paper was absent.
