It feels very sad and disappointing to be deceived by this hotel, as it looks nothing like the pictures or description. The reality was shocking – the walls were dirty, moldy, and crumbling, the carpet was filthy and full of stains. Upon arrival, we had to ventilate the room for a long time. The bathroom was extremely unclean. Since it was a long holiday weekend in Poland (Assumption Day) and everything was fully booked, we had no other choice but to stay. Luckily, we had planned our time in such a way that we only had to return to the hotel to shower and sleep.
Communication was also very poor. Right after booking, we messaged them through Booking.com requesting an extra bed for our child, but they didn’t reply for a long time. Then, just a few hours before our arrival, they claimed they couldn’t charge our card and canceled the reservation via Booking, but still allowed us to pay on arrival. This looks very suspicious and feels like they do it on purpose.
Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.

The room is big and neat and the toilet is so clean.
Don't have cup or glass to drink water,no free coffee and no free water.because almost hotel I entered have all this things.the price is also the same.and no permanent kettle and hair dryer inside the room.must need to ask in the information if you need it.

free parking and not too far from the inner city.
Extremely predatory business practices that are close to a scam. We booked one night and specifically selected a double bed room. AFTER I paid, they told us they dont have a double bed room, only a twin room. So they refused to give us what we paid for. To get a double bed room, I would have to pay extra. They also refused a cancel and refund as its "against their policies" (cancellation would cost as much as the booking so its not worth it). Additionally the hotel looks like a building that is during construction and never was finished. Lastly, the room was below all standards. Smelly, dirty, dusty, moldy and lived down. Nails coming out of the door frames.

This is a terrible , unclean hotel and in the 24 hours I stayed , there was no electricity for 6 hours, , the tv didn’t work , the Wi-Fi didn’t work , the shelf fell out the wall in the bathroom , table lamp did not work , it was noisy with rooms right next door to the elevator and other guests coming in and out all night. I booked for 3 nights, I booked out after one night and requested a refund and to date the H6 MAJOR ApartHotel Travel & Business has not responded! I called the manager and he hung up on me , they have also failed to provide me an invoice despite requesting this 3 times. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Despite on some poor facilities everything is clean and strong. Stuff is very friendly. Large free parking is exceptional bonus for Krakow.

The room was warm, the shower had hot water.
Dirty floor, disgusting outdated design, stains on the bedding and mattress, broken lamp, no hot water in the tap.
I asked for one double bed. Instead, we got two single ones. Overall a very poor and dreadful experience.
