Nice and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with variety. The restaurant attached is good and convenient. Close to city center, walking distance for most.
Decreasing in value, getting expensive. Rooms are showing wear like stains in carpet and sofa.

The location is next to a tram station, at about 4 station from the old town, in a quiet area with restaurants and supermarkets very close to the hotel.
The size of the room is bigger than the most in Krakow, with modern look and well equipped.
The breakfast is variate, fresh food every morning, but the same everyday.
The staff is not actually welcoming and friendly, or maybe it was just us meeting 2 straight-face receptionists, not very customer oriented, just robotic explaining the details without any empathy or interaction. Had few queries and requirements during the stay and they weren't so very helpful and willing to solve the requests.
There are no slippers and bathrobes in the room, which for a 4 stars hotel is quite unusual. Also the complimentary water is not provided daily. When I asked for the slippers at least, I was redirected to the SPA to ask there some one-use only paper slippers, not good at all. So make sure you are bringing your own slippers.
The pillows are extra thin and soft, we slept with 2 pillows each, as there are 2 back-up pillow in the closet.
The customer service can be improved.

Good location, close to public transportation, close to Schindler's factory, close to train station to and from airport, good breakfast, sauna.

Location. Very close to train station. Walkable to city center. Quiet
Weirdly placed gym equipment in the spa lobby, not comfortable to exercise.
Spa did not provide slippers or robes. Very cold in the spa "relax" room. Couldn't get the massage because you have to book a couple days in advance (we only stayed two nights).
One morning breakfast was served at the restaraunt and it was overcrowded and we had to wait in queue to get in and to get free table. Second morning breakfast was served in the bigger dining room, no issues there.
Very low ceiling in the rooms under the roof. If you're 6"0 or taller, you won't be able to walk freely. No soundproofing between rooms.

Good location, walking distance to city. Nice spacious rooms and are well equipped. Breakfast is good, varied and something for almost every taste. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Overall nothing to complain about.
Beds are on the firm side. Works for me but I have collegues who complain, so it's individual how you like them and it can affect your sleep quality. Takes a long time to get the temp right in the shower, and a long time before getting hot/warm. These are minor issues not affecting the overall impression.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good transport links, a tram stop just round the corner, to the Old Town although it's perfectly walkable, 30-40 minutes. Some lovely restaurants nearby.

Great breakfast. Comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms. Easy walk to the Old Town and other sights.
It's great that there was parking, but we had to pay extra for it. We had to leave prior to breakfast on our last morning, but still had to pay for it.
