Location. Very close to train station. Walkable to city center. Quiet
Weirdly placed gym equipment in the spa lobby, not comfortable to exercise.
Spa did not provide slippers or robes. Very cold in the spa "relax" room. Couldn't get the massage because you have to book a couple days in advance (we only stayed two nights).
One morning breakfast was served at the restaraunt and it was overcrowded and we had to wait in queue to get in and to get free table. Second morning breakfast was served in the bigger dining room, no issues there.
Very low ceiling in the rooms under the roof. If you're 6"0 or taller, you won't be able to walk freely. No soundproofing between rooms.

Good location, walking distance to city. Nice spacious rooms and are well equipped. Breakfast is good, varied and something for almost every taste. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Overall nothing to complain about.
Beds are on the firm side. Works for me but I have collegues who complain, so it's individual how you like them and it can affect your sleep quality. Takes a long time to get the temp right in the shower, and a long time before getting hot/warm. These are minor issues not affecting the overall impression.

Wonderful
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good transport links, a tram stop just round the corner, to the Old Town although it's perfectly walkable, 30-40 minutes. Some lovely restaurants nearby.

Great breakfast. Comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms. Easy walk to the Old Town and other sights.
It's great that there was parking, but we had to pay extra for it. We had to leave prior to breakfast on our last morning, but still had to pay for it.

Disappointing
The room is big and you have what is needed for your stay. Parking available, but you have to pay for it.
During all my trips, I never staid in a room with so much noise. I asked hotel for a different room second day and they didn't wanted to change the room, even though I believe they had some options.
Recommendation for future travelers, ask for a room with view to internal garden and not towards the street if you want to sleep.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff of reception are nice . Restaurant down was delicious. Very close to river and only 20 minutes walk to the mall .
1 room was not air conditioned. We didn’t need a/c but i had to close the window because of the street noise and sirens of ambulance. Staff of the restaurant are not very much friendly. I think they hate Arabs.

Clean, central, polite, with a great breakfast! New and large rooms (mini-apartments), central location in the Jewish region close to the river and numerous museums. The staff on the reception is awesome and very helpful. The breakfast is very-very good, fresh, and tasty with lots of Polish and "international" food.
The only thing that dissapointed me was cleaning -- it really depended on a cleaner, and sometimes they forgot to replenish a toilet paper, did not clean properly, did not replenish tea, etc. Small things, yet slightly sad. Otherwise, it is an awesome hotel!

Great location for visiting the Kazimierz area and Schindler’s Factory museum. Very close to trams and buses to quickly get to the Old Town, but it is very walkable too
The apartment rooms need microwaves and the bathroom drapes do not block out light well enough

Nice large family room with two separate bedrooms. Two bathrooms and living room space. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. We stayed in a lot of hotels on our trip. The deco looks very stark, and grey, but comfort-wise this was one of the best hotels we stayed in!

Wonderful
I had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hotel with my dog. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are some interesting attractions close by and Old Town and Kazimierz are easily accessible by public transportation or Uber/Bolt. Enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of options and have to mention that I loved that they have a coffee machine that has an option for L size coffee cup. Also the coffee was very good. Happy of my stay - will definitely stay here again.
