Great location. Cosy and clean apartment. Double bed was comfortable.
A few tablets for the washing machine would be appreciated, if available. As we arrived late at night, we would also appreciate for some tea bags and instant coffee .
Single bed was not very comfortable .

It was nice and central but much different from the photos on the website. It have only one small queen bed and not 2 double beds as on the description or on the photos

Breakfast was not provided but apartment had excellent cooking facilities. It was great value. Right beside one of the nicest Markets that I have ever seen. I am a Market lover. Five minute walk to Krakws central square. I would highly recommend this apartment.
There was a bit of a problem with the door lock. The owner looked after it.location was fantastic. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen, bathroom was great. Excellent value.

Very noisy, even with the windows closed
Very hot, no air con, no fan.
We booked for 3 adults and 2 kids, 2 rooms. Expected 2 double rooms and a sofa for a child, but it was 1 double room, 1 single room and sofa bed in the living room so not ideal for our party. Only 3 chairs at the dining table. Very rough and run down neighbourhood and was not feeling safe in the evening.

The apartment looks big and modern. There is good WiFi. The location is perfect and very convenient to the centre and everything.
The stuff is very rude. Furniture and towels look worn down. Beds and doors are squeaking and there is no soundproofing between rooms. It is very noisy from outside during day and night. There are no blackout curtains and office rollerblades do not block any light. The shower door is broken. It is cold in the apartment and there is no AC or heater to regulate the temperature. There are also no suitcase racks.

Always stay here during my visit to Krakow. Great location, pretty comfortable beds. Large and spacy apartment right in the middle of the city. Near bus and railway station, The Old City, tram and bus stops.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. It got everything you would need in order to have a comfortable stay. The apartment building is situated close to the entrance of the Old Town, about 5 minutes walking.
The bathroom sink seemed to be clogged, as it drained really slow.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in 10 min walk from the Central Railway/Autobus station and huge mall. 5 min walk to Barbakan. Well-equipped kitchen with tea, sugar, coffee. Quiet area no matter of the old market and street vendors. Elevator! This is a rare finding in the historical center. Has central heating and hot water, so it was very warm and cozy there. Two isolated bedrooms and a living room with a table, so it is very convenient for 2-3 people, for work, and for vacation as well. Stable Wi-fi. A very easy self-check-in. Highly recommend this property!
A single bed in a small bedroom has an old and deformed mattress, may be time to change it. Frypan is ruined by previous users.

the property is excellent, but put the mention that its not regular two rooms flat. it is more like a studio, with no doors between bedroom area and guest room. so it less compiled with the family needs.
