Wonderful
We had a bit of a problem with first apartment but after contacting host it was sorted really quick and we got new apartment which was excellent.
First property we got was not clean and was in bad shape. After we got second apartment, replacement for first one it was amazing! Clean and new apartment very close to city centre. Really satisfied.

DO NOT STAY THERE. MAJOR CONSTRUCTION SITE NEXT DOOR. We were woken up by extremely loud drilling at 6:30 am!! The host didn't react to my complaints and didn't even think that there should be a mention of this in the description so that people make an informed decision. I asked for a refund, even partial or a discount and I was ghosted by the owner. Very dishonest. We were like zombies during our stay because we didn't get a proper rest.

The location is really nice and the flat is cosy
The bed was broken, the towels were not clean and there was a lot of dust near the bed :( I thought it would be a flat with a terrace but it wasn't like this and the flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift, so it was difficult with a lot of suitcased

Very nicely decorated, good facilities like a fridge and cooker. Balcony too. Shower was amazing. Good shops very close. About 20 min walk to old town
Bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows really bad. Curtains didn't shut out the light at all. Coffee machine didn't work. Elevator didn't work, lots of noisy construction nearby.

Just a few minutes ride from the train station by cab. The building is modern and stylish, the instructions on how to get inside were clear. The apartment is nice and clean, lots of closets to store things. Bunch of towels and hangers for clothes.
Facilities: mattress (needs to be changed), vacuum cleaner (wasn't switching on), TV (couldn't find any channel), clothes drying rack (broken), shower (tab water instead of a proper shower), bathroom door (broken locker), dishwasher (started working after 1 hour since we switched it on), trash (apparently the garbage needs to be thrown into a separate room outside, but you can only enter it with the help of a key that we were not given).

bit more attention to detail with regards to cleaning, bed linen, sheets need replacing as grey with lots of wholes in it pillows and duvets stained

The apartment is well-equipped (including a kitchen and washing machine), clean, and just the right size for a short stay with a family of four. Access to the apartment is easy via a lift. It is conveniently within walking distance from Krakow's Old Town, which means you can leave your car parked outside the apartment and walk to most places of interest without the hassle of driving around. There are also several other amenities available in the immediate vicinity, such as a coffee shop, mini-market and barber.
Some additional storage space/shelves in the bathroom would be good for families.
