This property is perfect in every way. its very spacious, huge bed. nice dark blinds and curtains, air-con, coffee machine & good shower, quiet location & only up one flight of stairs. This was our second time to Krakow and I love this location! I am recommending this apartment to everyone I know! I loved it and would love to return. The host Kristoff arranged a taxi for us which was a good price & the taxi driver then called Kristoff to meet us who showed us around and how to work things, he was very helpful. We really liked the photos of Krakow throughout the property & on the sink back splash etc, it was a great little touch. Do not delay, if this apartment is available then book it!!

Excellent location, 200m to old town square and lots good restaurants on the way, easy walking distance to old Jewish section, taxi rank at end of street. The apartment is very quite and has everything you need. Krzysztof is very helpful and let us have a late checkout so we could vist Schindlers Factory before we left Krakow. Great place to stay

The apartment has a great location, a two minutes' walk to the main square, and about ten minutes to the railway station and the Galeria Krakowska mall. It is clean, spacious and also very quiet, and is equipped with everything you need for a several days' stay. The host also provided coffee capsules, tea, salt, sugar, and several water bottles, which was very nice. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, clean, with floor heating and enough towels, soaps and shower gels. The check in process was quick and easy, the host was there to give me the keys and explain how everything works. He also offered to help if I had any further questions. He doesn't speak English, but we talked using online translator and there were no problems. There was no possibility for a late checkout, and there is no real option to leave your bags if you have a late flight, but the host did offer me the possibility to leave my bags at the apartment for an extra hour, after checking out at 11 o'clock.
The process of connecting to the Wi-Fi network made no sense. You have to scan the QR code that the host provides, and to successfully do that, you have to already be connected to the internet. So, in other words, in order to get access to the internet, you have to already have access to the internet, which makes absolutely no sense. I had to enable data roaming to do so, which meant that I ended up with 25 euros of roaming charges for measly 2,5 megabytes I spent to scan the code. Of course, the host does not decide my mobile operator's roaming charges, but it was his decision to have his guests scan the code instead of just giving them the Wi-Fi password that caused me extra charges. If you are from the EU this will not be a problem, but if you are not, you can end up needlessly spending a lot of money. Also, there was a bit of a misunderstanding concerning the payment, but I don't know if that is due to the host or booking.com. When I made my booking, I was informed that the price was non-refundable and that my credit card will be charged "at any time". However, my credit card was not charged, and when I arrived the host told me that I will pay him directly, either by cash or card. This could have been a real problem for me, since I usually don't carry my credit card on my travels, due to the extra costs that my bank charges when paying abroad. Luckily, this time I did have it with me, because I thought something like this could happen. In the future, it should be clearly stated whether you pay at the property, or pay by card online, not state one thing and it actually turns out to be the other.

Excellent location, modern spacious flat and very comfortable. Loved the big shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Host was very helpful and accommodating.
Not a negative but an observation, my wife commented a mirror in the bedroom with a socket nearby to get ready would have been helpful for drying her hair when I was in the shower room.

What an amazing place, such a beautiful elegant place. Spacious, warm and stylish. Krzysztof met us and gave us the keys, explained everything we needed to know via Google translate. Very nice bloke. Took no longer than a couple of minutes then we were left to it.
As for the location, it's also perfect. Literally a minute walk to the centre square but just down a side street that is not that busy noise wise.
Price wise.. you will not find anything better
I can't praise this place enough. If you looking and considering then just book this as you won't be disappointed.
Krzysztof had left extra pillows, milk and coffee and tea making along with a few bottles of water. Excuse the Arnie cheese but.....We will be back

The property is in the centre of the old town just a couple mins walk from main square
The apartment was absolutely huge and had loads of space
bathroom was amazing with heated floor which was perfect after coming in from the snow
couldnt recommend enough amazing value for what you get
