Super relaxing, great location. The tub was wonderful after all the walking we were doing. The staff was super wonderful and even though there was an issue with the card reader for our room they took care of it and gave us a little treat as an apology. Very professional and nice.
The floors are slippery for having what is basically a wet bath.

Location was great, close enough to walk to old town. Room was great, spacious, warm and had everything we needed and more. Bottled water was provided. Mini fridge available for charge. Add-on breakfast was very convenient and well presented. Staff were freindly. Jacuzzi bath was a great addition and enjoyable to relax after long days on feet exploring
Covers/pillow not the best sizing and quality but still very comfortable hotel and wouldn't let this prevent a fantastic stay.

Very central was so easy to get about
They made the stay special by getting my partner a birthday cake on his birthday waiting for us in the room
Unique with the hot tub in the room was lovely to come back to after walking all day!??♀️
Felt safe
It is right outside the trams which go past almost 24hrs a day but me and my partner never got woken up with them so this wasn’t a big deal for us and is worth the little noise for the fab location
