Very central location - 15 mins walk from the main train station and 5 mins away from the old town. There is also a Carrfour Express just around the corner. Good breakfast buffet which was included in the price. Shower was great too.
The bed was a bit too soft for me.

I enjoyed the location near the old town, helpful receptionists, and tasty and filling breakfasts. Multiple restaurants nearby added enjoyment to the visit.
Perhaps a quieter location further from tram lines.

Polite stuff, good location.
Bathroom smelled bad, instead of AC - old noicy fan. No fridge, or mini bar with basic tea of coffe.

The staff were very friendly, it was very close to the center and the room had everything I needed. They even let me go to my room early on request, which earned bonus points.
It was a little warm at times but I put the aircon on and it was cool in no time!

Conveniently located a few minutes walking from the train station Kraków Główny and from the beautifull city center of Kraków. Simple and confortable location, friendly staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Was possible to leave some luggage during the day of our departure.

Breakfast was good, plenty on offer. Location was ok but for me was a little out of the way of things but was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again whilst on a budget
There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the shower wasn’t quite hot enough but that is being picky

The location is perfect.
The hotel lobby and room was absolutely impeccable and clean.
The room was big and confortable.
Breakfast was ok.
People in the reception no so kind but I saw the same no kindness at all in all the Polish people I asked questions or had a conversation with. It was like being in France were people are the same.
Polish people have to be nicer, kinder and smile more, at least to toursit so we have the will to go back again to your country. It was really notorious the dryness and antipathy of polish people.

Proximity to everything. Quite midweek stay.
Didn't think it would bother us as we saw it in other revews, and even then, it would not stop us from staying again, but the toaster, if you can call it that is frustrating. ?
