The location was great, good transport links and within walking distance to most things.
It would be nice to have more hot options at the breakfast buffet. The toaster was also missing when we went down.

Good location with tram stop across the road and 24 hour shop around the corner. 10mins walk too most attractions. 12:00 checkout time is convenient.
Elevator was a bit weird, kept stopping at floors I didn't select.

The beds are so comfortable. It is very quiet where we stayed and we were facing the front of the building. Breakfast was included and quite enjoyable with good coffee. A great place to stay if you want to see Auschwitz tour or Schindler's museum as both were within walking distance to our tour meeting place. there is transit right in front of our building which we did not use. There are also lovely places to eat within walking distance. We didn't have time to make it to the old town and wished we had a stay a little longer.

It's just opposite the tram station.Beauriful hotel and rooms.Amazing breakfast with good salad options and chia pudding!Gated parking just next to the hotel.

Staff, building, bar all excellent for our weekend visit to Krakow. Great location to all sites in city and free local travel for retired individuals in your party. Restaurant breakfast had excellent choice and quality.

The location was perfect - walking distance from the Old Town and surrounded by restaurants. Very modern and comfortable rooms.
Very little storage for clothes. Small wardrobe and no shelves or drawers to be able to unpack if you are there for more than 1-2 nights

The location of the hotel was excellent.

The staff were very helpful.
The view was disappointing because it overlooked the bin area. The noise from the lifts woke us early every morning. We had been given a bigger room because of mix up but wasn’t necessarily a better room. TV channels weren’t good.
