Breakfast was plentiful and fresh,coffee was nice..rooms were very modern and clean,had a minibar in..
The first room we were given, the bathroom smelt very eggs,gassy..so we went to speak to reception, and they moved us to another room,with no problems..The room we were given was lovely, big and modern, was just at the front of the hotel which was noisy as the trams were out the front..But I had earplugs,which i take everywhere, so it wasn't an issue for me,but my friend could hear them still

Staff extremely helpful especially so when boooking.com did not fullfil the airport tranfer to the hotel on the 12th of March. Lidia on reception arranged the pick up at Krakow airport. Great location, v comfy beds. Would stay here again.
Luggage storage area was a bit chaotic after checkout 16th March.

The ladies at the reception were lovely and accommodated me with all my needs.
The room was just simply too dark- it wasn’t easy to apply my make-up in an orderly manner.

Location was perfect.
Tinted mirrors in the bathroom not great for ladies to apply their makeup! as well as very dim lighting in room.

The single room was very small. Friends also staying had much better, comfortable rooms which only cost €40 more and included breakfast.
I returned a sandwich to the kitchen as the chicken was a little pink. I was told the chef said it was not pink.
